New Pop-Up Boutique at Crown Center: Beloved! Crown Center welcomes Beloved!, a women’s pop-up boutique offering hands-on entrepreneurial experience to middle and high school students. Launched by The Nia Project, 36 students manage all aspects of the boutique, from pricing to customer interactions, while participating in an eight-week business workshop. Beloved! features gently used women’s clothing and accessories, and collaborates with 10 local Black entrepreneurs to showcase their products. This experience aims to instill confidence and entrepreneurial skills in the students, addressing community wealth disparities through Black entrepreneurship.
