Ending awards season with overwhelming gratitude for a team that created an unforgettable chapter in my career. We developed a marketing strategy to fuel growth and show an unwavering commitment to New Majority consumers. With a short documentary, Translators, at the center of an integrated campaign we saw brand health scores soar and business results followed. As creative KPIs, we submitted to some awards shows, never guessing we'd be recognized with a Gold Effie, 4 Pencils, a Clio, a Grand Prix from The Drum and last week, 3 Cannes Lions. The biggest win of all was the team that came together with a shared purpose. We debated and disagreed and pushed and laughed and bonded and ended this epic chapter as friends.
