We're thrilled to announce that Covenant Living Communities and Presbyterian Homes of Tennessee, have closed on an affiliation with Shannondale of Knoxville and Shannondale of Maryville! 🎉 This affiliation brings together two organizations with similar values, ensuring a smooth transition and continued high-quality care. Residents of Shannondale will benefit from Covenant Living's national resources, expertise, and financial strength. This means access to improved operational efficiencies, national contracts, and future capital improvements for the communities. Shannondale will continue to offer a full range of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation. We're excited about this new chapter for Shannondale and the positive impact it will have on residents and staff!

Covenant Living at Windsor Park is incredibly proud of our resident, Dick Rung, who was recently featured on NBC's TODAY Show! Dick was part of a special group of veterans who returned to Normandy Beach, France, 80 years after bravely fighting on D-Day during World War II. 🇺🇸 These veterans, many of whom were teenagers at the time, faced unimaginable courage on that fateful day. Their stories are a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made to secure our freedom. The average age of surviving D-Day veterans is 100 years old, making their firsthand accounts all the more precious. 🩵 Visit https://lnkd.in/gtyhGQrT to watch the full story. #ThankYouForYourService

We know his passion for our mission, strong leadership skills, and deep understanding of Covenant Living will be invaluable in his new role. David says, "Covenant Living has a well-deserved reputation for excellence in senior living, and I'm honored to lead us forward. My focus will be on maintaining exceptional services for our residents while also prioritizing the employee experience." We're excited for this new chapter with David at the helm!
