Fascinating conversation this morning with Colleen Marshall and Michael Copella of CBRE at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce #CEOInsights series, touching on commercial real estate, economic development, workforce development and more. Copella says in terms of the CRE landscape, liquidity and financing remain challenging, but Columbus is "by far" the best spot in the Midwest. He says housing has to be part of the broader economic development strategy and challenged affluent suburban communities to do their part. "We have to lock arms and find ways to build housing at every single price point."
