We are proud to say that the State of Texas has chosen us to receive the We Hire Vets award at the Texas Conference for Employers 2024! We are proud to be a part of the Sips & Sounds Summer Festival event. All the tunes we heard were great, but it was also a huge success in continuing to promote recycling to our local communities. Concertgoers were encouraged to recycle their empty plastic bottles and aluminum cans, and in return they were given swag based on the number of items recycled. All together we collected 20,440 items. That’s 905 lbs. and 656 cubic feet! #1 PET Bottles - 10,200 bottles - 589 lbs. - 400 cubic feet Aluminum - 10,240 bottles - 316.16 lbs. - 256 cubic feet Our dedication to recycling doesn’t start and end with one event. We work hard every day to positively impact our environment. Whether it’s through recycling, water conservation or more, we are working hard to #MakeADifference.

CCSWB is committed to #MakingADifference in the lives of students in our region. We had the privilege of opening two new tech labs for two Boys & Girls Club sites in the Greater Houston area at Spring Branch Club and John & Cissy Harvad Club last month. Just in time for summer! Each of these computer labs are equipped with the latest technology to create an environment where learning is fun and creative, and the possibilities are endless. Thank you to @Boys&GirlsClubGreaterHouston for partnering with us to make an impact on these students lives!

Throughout the year we are dedicated to making our facilities and our communities sustainable. Whether it’s extensive recycling, water conservation or more, we’re doing our part to #MakeADifference every day!

Earlier this year, our bottling peers selected us as the winner of the Market Street Challenge. This recognition crowned us as the best Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. for the second time since 2017. Not too long afterwards, our business won the AC Cup. Again, we were recognized for our company-wide success within the Arca Continental system. Today, we are competing for a chance to win The Candler Cup, the most prestigious award in the Coca-Cola system. The Candler Cup is a competition between nine of the best Coca-Cola bottlers in the world, and AC-CCSWB is representing the U.S.. It is the highest honor a Coca-Cola bottler can receive. Last week, many of our heroes came together to be part of our success story in 2023 for the Candler Cup presentation. Best of luck to all the competitors!
