Cleveland Leadership Center's mission is to build a continuum of civic leaders committed to our community’s excellence by serving as a catalyst for civic engagement. We develop leaders through learning and community engagement opportunities that connect, inspire, and challenge them to make a positive impact. Through leadership development programming, diving into current social and civic issues, and connecting participants with the people and projects addressing those issues, participants become better equipped and inspired to make a difference in our community. Through an extensive portfolio of offerings, our programming spans four generations, from high school through retirement. * Look Up To Cleveland: high school juniors and seniors. * Campus Cleveland: college-age students. * OnBoard Cleveland: early-career professionals. * Cleveland Bridge Builders: mid-career professionals. * Leadership Cleveland: senior-level positional leaders. * Civic Leadership Institute: adults of all ages. Cleveland has been named one of the Top 10 Best Cities for New College Graduates. 🎓 ➡ The study, conducted by the ADP Research Institute and highlighted by CBS News, considers several factors including average wages, overall affordability and hiring rates. Researchers analyzed ADP data from over 4 million individuals aged 20 to 29, across more than 27,000 U.S. employers, spanning from January 2019 through April 2024. For the fourth year in a row, The Missing Link (Accelerate 2021 Finalist, Laylah Allen, MBA) is kicking off the academic year for children in Cuyahoga County with its Back to School mental health awareness event, COPE Weekend, August 2nd and 3rd. The focus this year is digital detoxing as a family. As always, this is a free community event for Cuyahoga County youth grades K-12th.
