WELCOME NEW POLICE OFFICERS: ANDREW CECERE AND COLE TAYLOR On May 30, Police Officer Recruits Andrew Cecere and Cole Taylor graduated from the 5-month Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy and began working at the Sedona Police Department (SPD) as Officers on Monday, June 3. For the next three months, they will have field training with a tenured officer before they become solo officers on the road. SUMMER POOL HOURS EXTENDED! We are excited to announce that this pool season, the Sedona Community Pool is now open on Fridays, and we’ve extended our hours: during the week we’re now open until 5:15 pm for rec swim, and on Saturdays and Sundays we’re staying open all the way until 7:00 pm for rec swim! We are so thrilled to provide this benefit to our community. Plus, the pool is more fun than ever as we’ve added new inflatables and a basketball goal!
