On Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Bears Premier Kickoff Lunch at Soldier Field's United Club, welcoming back our Bears Premier Members to celebrate the exciting upcoming football season! The event featured a blend of networking opportunities and a sneak peek tasting of our exciting new food and beverage offerings from our new catering partner, Levy Restaurants. Our members were delighted by the innovative and upgraded menu, which will be available for purchase during Bears home games, aiming to elevate the game-day experience for our fans. Additionally, members enjoyed a unique experience, courtesy of Spa in Your Space, where they received onsite wellness services such as nail care and personalized perfume making. Our local Rockford Park District teams continue to compete on the national stage this summer! Next up is the Rockford Bears 15U Flag Football team, competing in the National Football League (NFL) Flag Football Championships in Canton, Ohio next week! 🏈 Thank you to the Chicago Bears for sponsoring our team and for funding our trip to Canton. Additionally, the Bears have helped support our Girls Flag Football program, the Chicago Bears Mini Monsters Camp during spring break, and the Rockford Football Training Camp with guest instructor Tremaine Edmunds. This week, Bears wide receiver DJ Moore teamed up with former Bears tight end Kaseem Sinceno to lead a Mini Monsters Clinic for 600 kids from Manchester! 🏈🇬🇧 “Helping with the clinic was a one-in-a-million opportunity that I will hold near and dear in my memories.” - DJ Moore Both players spent time with boys and girls ages 7-12, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating, physical activity and proper hydration through fun, non-contact football drills. This year marks the third time the Mini Monsters Clinics have returned to the city following successful visits in 2022 and 2023. The Bears have chosen Manchester as one of their key locations for their UK activities, as part of their broader commitment to promoting diversity and equity in sports and communities across the UK.
