We're excited to share these project photos from the Enclave located at 615 East Morehead St. near the Dowd Y in South End. If this building looks familiar to you, it might be because it's easily seen from the 277 loop on the south side of the city. This month, we want to spotlight one of our original employees, Jerman Aguirre. He is our HVAC Area Manager in Charlotte and has been with our team since the beginning - for nearly 20 years. Not only is Jerman an important part of the Charlotte Mechanical story, but he is a key contributor in our growth both externally and internally. His two sons, German and Kevin, both work with us as well. Jerman - thank you for being a part of the Charlotte Mechanical family!

More and more high schoolers are choosing to enroll in vocational schools versus traditional four-year college and the reasons make sense. Not only are vocational schools a more financially sound option for students who don't want to take out massive school loans, but trades jobs aren't going away anytime soon. In fact, students who were surveyed stated that they preferred a career in the trades versus a desk job because trades won't be outsourced to A.I. (at least not yet). If you (or someone you know) is interested in schools offering vocational programs, check out these options: Charlotte, NC: York Technical College Central Piedmont Community College Raleigh, NC: Durham Technical Community College Wake Technical Community College North Carolina State University Charleston, SC: Trident Technical College

We enjoyed working with our partner CM Engineering on building our shared office space!
It's not every team who has the opportunity to be a part of the building of their new office space - but we were! Together with Charlotte Mechanical, we designed our new office space that is now open on John Price Rd. We look forward to our friends and partners visiting us soon!
