Our clients rely on us when they're hunting for their "purple squirrels" – and this particular profile required experience developing utility-scale solar projects, deep financial modeling skills, and expertise navigating Texas' de-regulated ERCOT energy market. We refused to give up, approaching the market from new angles, devising new candidate outreach strategies, until we finally found the perfect fit that our client had hoped for.

We recently introduced the “Wolfhound Wisdom” corner in the Chamberlain office. Asking team members what their favorite business books are, we purchased them and had the team member inscribe their chosen book with what that book meant to them. What titles would you recommend for growth and development?

Over the past year, we've collaborated closely with this PE portco to build their HR function from scratch, starting with the recruitment of a VP of HR, followed by two regional managers, and now completing the team with an HR Director. We placed a candidate who not only fulfilled all requirements – multi-state experience, deep ERP technical skills, and a willingness to get in the weeds to support a growing company – but also brought extensive security services industry experience to hit the ground running on day one.

After placing a CFO for one of our PE partners in one portco, we were excited when they asked us to find a CFO for another company within their portfolio. We knew it would be a challenge to find someone in the Memphis market with everything they needed—private equity background, extensive M&A experience, a commercial B2B focus, and a hands-on approach to CFO responsibilities. Excited to take on this challenge, we scoured the market and were pumped to find the candidate who had it all!

Earlier this week, Chamberlain celebrated its 1,000th placement!
