Kim Malek and Tyler Malek have done it again, with their new, limited-edition Brewer's Series Ice Cream Collection. 😋 Fun context: Salt & Straw's very first collaboration was during #Portland Beer Week in 2011. How far the company – and #icecream culture – have come since then! What's more, Salt & Straw is an Oregon Venture Fund portfolio company. Talk about a delicious, profitable, rewarding-on-all-counts investment. Here's the series...
