Statistically speaking, most of us are average. And we should own that, says #Excell 2024 Keynote Speaker Liz Bohannon. Owning our average frees us from the intense pressure to be special and allows us to channel that energy wasted proving how special we are into creating our purpose. Owning our average doesn’t mean that we stay stuck. It gives us the freedom to create and build our CQ, or curiosity quotient. Because while things like IQ are static, CQ can be improved upon to help us create our own success. Liz will dive into how we can: ✨ Use a beginner’s mindset to overcome common obstacles that hold us back. ✨ Use our failures as the building blocks for our life of purpose, passion, and impact. ✨ Choose curiosity over criticism. ✨ How to create community and opportunity. Our Partners and Carson Coaching members will learn how to 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 their life of purpose and impact!

Men can help generations of “guilty moms” in the workplace, Jenny Johnson, CEO of Franklin Templeton, said. It’s simple. Every once in a while say, “I’ve got to leave the office early today because I’m going to take my son to the dentist,” Johnson said. This does two things: It gives both men and women permission to incorporate their whole life in their work, and it can enrich the industry to make everybody feel like they belong.
