We just sent the draft report on Addressing Real & Perceived Conflicts of Interest in TA to the designer. While I impatiently wait for it to be ready to share with all of you, I find myself mulling over some of the recommendations our research panel had at the end of the discussions. Based on panel insights we have a robust list of recommendations ranging from actions employers can take such as: auditing referral programs regularly to ensure diversity & fairness while setting clear guidelines to avoid conflicts of interest. To actions industry conference organizers, analysts and solutions providers can take including: Prioritize transparency in sponsorships and partnerships to build trust and credibility with their audience. There are also a handful of recommendations that TA practitioners should consider in vendor selection. There were times when this conversation was difficult - and it should be - and I'm proud of this panel for tackling it head on. Cannot wait to share this one.... stay tuned.
