Every year, CHA Everett Hospital staff clean up the neighborhood to be good neighbors and keep the community clean. The City of Everett helped collect the trash bags that were left for them along the route. Thanks to everyone who came out to help this weekend!

The Career Pathways Program recently celebrated the completion of the first cohort of CPP fellows. This group of young adults were hired and offered placements across CHA to gain real health care and work experience with guidance and mentorship. During the six month fellowship, they attended weekly professional development sessions that covered topics ranging from resumes and interviewing to career panels and cultural humility, and earned certifications in the Basic Life Support/CPR and Teen Mental Health First Aid, among other trainings and workshops to advance their career readiness. Several fellows will stay on during the summer, some will seek further employment opportunities at CHA and others will pursue their college education in the fall. Funding for this year's Career Pathways Program has been made possible through grants from City of Somerville and the Cummings Foundation.
