Braviant Holdings is thrilled to announce Xiaoran Yang as the new Data Science Lead. Xiaoran joins Braviant from Westfield Insurance, where he led the development and deployment of data science solutions. He will collaborate with our data science team, applying his experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data strategy development to enhance our capabilities. Xiaoran holds a Master of Science in Risk Management and Actuarial Science from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University Welcome Xiaoran! 🎉

Braviant Holdings is excited excited to announce Carly Hallman as the new Vice President of Marketing. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Carly joins us at a pivotal time of growth and opportunity. She will oversee all aspects of revenue and portfolio growth, bringing her expertise and extensive understanding of underbanked consumers to reinforce our commitment to delivering cost-effective, transparent solutions. Carly is a dynamic marketing executive with a proven track record in strategic growth, digital transformation, and customer experience enhancement. She joins Braviant from BlueChip Financial, where she led a comprehensive overhaul of marketing and branding initiatives, optimizing the martech stack and implementing innovative solutions that dramatically maximized lead acquisition efficiency. Prior to that, Carly held a decade-long tenure at TMX Finance Family of Companies, leading digital transformation efforts and building multi-dimensional, omni-channel brand experiences. Carly holds a B.A. in Marketing Arts and Visual Communications from Oglethorpe University and has international experience in advertising and business communications from the International University of Monaco Welcome Carly! 🎉
