Limit Less.

About us

We live in a world that’s become increasingly more complex. Where information and technology are advancing at the speed of light. And CMOs are under more pressure than ever before to prove the value of marketing. You don’t just need a creative agency. You need a creative solutions partner. One that believes evolution can be born out of the opportunity new conditions offer. A partner that is adaptable under any conditions. Limit Less™ in its thinking about your business and the category you compete in. And as nimble in its ability to imagine solutions as it is in executing them. At Blue Sky, our job is to bust through the barriers that limit potential. When the barriers to anything are removed, all that’s left is possibility. Inspiring Possibilities. Empowering Prosperity.

Preparation paves the way for good luck. Today is our 29th year anniversary. Certainly no easy task, as anyone who has owned an agency can attest to the challenges of this super competitive industry. Over that time, I’ve been blessed with some incredibly talented staff members and some very loyal clients. Additionally, I’ve had the ability to learn and grow as a leader, through both wins and losses. Many may attribute our longevity, to good luck, which certainly plays a role in any business. But in my opinion, preparation is a major factor in good luck. My preparation started with my upbringing as the sixth child of seven in a lower middle class family. My parents set values and expectations along with providing immense love to each of us. A Catholic upbringing and education reinforced those values and set standards for conduct and what it takes to persevere. My older brother, Chris, set a high bar for working hard and my friends from growing up — to this day — still hate bragging and excuses. All are still part of who I’ve become. My 10 years in New York taught me what it means to be committed to this industry. And those I worked with there helped shape me into the compassionate leader I’ve become, before it was a thing. Collectively, it prepared me with a greater sense of responsibility, grounded me in humility, grew a knack for connectiveness with others and instilled a fire to persevere. That combination infused both tenacity and empathy, which are a big part of good luck. I believe the more you can hone those qualities, the luckier you will get, in business and life. Thank you to all who have been part of this journey!
