I hated running our recall process. It was an operational nightmare. I had to: - Work in multiple digital systems - Coordinate with the OEM - Schedule appointments - Deal with no-shows Workflows were convoluted and had to involve: -BDC agents -Service advisors -Parts and service managers With so many touchpoints, this was an exhausting process. The result was messy execution and bad customer experiences. The process had to be simplified.
