It's been fun in the past few weeks to show you a system in our Integration Center that's leveraging #planar technology. The #Xplanar system offers samples freedom of movement via magnets, with the ability to traverse the planes of the tiles in any direction, at any time, and with a fleet of plate movers. We celebrate the opportunity to bring new automation concepts into the lab! 🦾🧲 But a system that leverages this kind of transportation all starts with a workflow. The most important thing in moving a project forward for the team at Biosero is understanding the science that needs to be accomplished. With that understanding, we then have the privilege of helping ensure that science gets delivered using an array of tools and devices. Over the past few weeks, our team has worked hard to install all of the #XPlanar tiles on this incredible system. It truly looks like a piece of art in our warehouse, and it's hard NOT to stop by and admire it 🤩 The final number of tiles installed is🥁 8️⃣8️⃣ Feel free to count yourself if you don't believe us! We also took a last peek inside the empty tunnel because soon it will be filled with cables 🔌 needed to bring this XPlanar 🧲 system to life. Getting closer to that "mission accomplished" moment 🎯 We live for these moments here at #Biosero and strive to bring your #labautomation vision to life everyday! ✨

If you've ever wondered how we add new devices to the #GreenButtonGo #driver library, there are two different ways that it happens. ✌️ The 1️⃣st path is when a scientist wants to integrate a specific device into their workcell. If the #GBG driver isn't built yet, we reach out on behalf of the customer to the device maker to get the conversation started. Biosero team members interface with the maker and the customer to build a bridge and ensure a streamlined automation solution. 🌉 The 2️⃣nd way that a driver gets created is when an automation-friendly device maker reaches out to proactively have a driver prepared to work with #GBG. We love to partner with device makers to help them make sure their device is ready to integrate ASAP when an order is placed. 🦾 GBG currently supports over 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ unique device drivers.
