**Employee Spotlight: Katie Bacon** This week, we’re excited to highlight Katie Bacon, one of our dedicated Franchise Business Coaches at BIGGBY® COFFEE! Katie plays an essential role in helping our Area Representatives (ARs) and Franchise Owners thrive, guiding them to achieve and exceed their financial goals with expertise and care. Our Franchise Business Coaches are the cornerstone of our franchise support system, cultivating strong relationships with our store owners. They ensure the seamless execution of our operating systems, philosophies, and marketing plans, driving store sales performance and profitability. As a Franchise Business Coach, Katie conducts regular coaching sessions, mentoring franchisees on best practices for managing business finances effectively. She also assists in creating strategic initiatives to optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Building strong relationships with ARs and franchisees, Katie fosters a culture of trust and collaboration. She serves as the primary point of contact for many of our stores. When Katie isn’t coaching franchisees, you might find her diving into new creative projects, going on adventures with her husband and three children, or discussing psychology with friends. Katie’s expertise and dedication are crucial to the success of our franchise network. Erick maintains strong relationships with our long-standing vendors and builds new partnerships to support our business growth and expanding inventory. With Erick's strategic oversight and commitment to excellence, BIGGBY® COFFEE's Supply Chain process is robust, efficient, and responsive to the dynamic needs of our business. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that we can continue to deliver the high-quality products our customers love. Outside of work, you’ll find Erick spending time with his wife, Allie, and their two children Emery and Cole. They enjoy spending time outside, driving around on the golf cart, fishing, and relaxing on the lake during the summer. Erick also coaches his son in many sports and has a passion for golf.
