We are pleased to announce that a joint venture partnership between an investment affiliate of Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) and Tryline Capital (Tryline), completed the acquisition of The Argonne, a 276-unit multifamily community located at 1629 Columbia Rd NW, in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington D.C. This will be the 25th rent-controlled building in our portfolio.
