Since 2009, BBC has been helping various government organizations in Indiana understand and address barriers POC- and woman-owned businesses face in competing for and obtaining government contracts, which has been immensely fulfilling. On a personal note, my first major assignment at BBC was conducting contracting equity work for the Indiana Dept. of Administration, which is a great source of pride for me. I now consider myself a Hoosier by association 😉!
