While the position offers the flexibility of remote work, we do express a preference for on-premises engagement. The hourly rate for this role is set at $30.00 to $ 45.00. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the hospitality sector. Ability to manage the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on high-priority positions such as maintenance engineers, pool techs, guides (reception and check-in), and licensed massage therapists. Strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
