Congrats to Tristan on his 3 year anniversary! Tristan joined our team at bartaco 12 South as a Line Cook at only 18 years old looking to take the next step in his culinary journey. He had previously worked in fast food restaurants only and wanted to try his hand at something a little more challenging and found just that here with us! Since he began his journey with us we have had the opportunity to watch him grow from a teenager into a leader here as he recently decided to step into a sous chef position with us. We knew with his work ethic, natural leadership skills, and his thirst for knowledge, that he would be a great fit. Tristan made the move to join our management team because he wanted to continue to grow with bartaco in a fun environment full of people that he loves working with!
