Meet Zach, a Production Tech at avad3! Before avad3, I served as an AVL Tech at my local church, this started at a young age and fueled my passion for live events and audio/video production. The most inspiring part of my job is witnessing a show transform from months of detailed planning to a flawless production on-site. There's a moment in each show where everything just "clicks" into place, and it's incredibly satisfying to see all the hard work pay off. In event production, my favorite aspect has been the planning phase of events. Designing a show and working out the details has become quite enjoyable and calming for me. Outside of work, what makes me happiest is fishing on the river. Those fish aren't going to catch themselves! If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to fly. I love to travel, and this would make getting around much easier!

Meet Asah, a Production Tech at avad3! Before avad3, I've had diverse roles including being an Operator and Engineer for Studio RDD (a podcast production company), serving as an ATEM/Video Director & Camera Op for Ceader Hills Church, and working as a freelance videographer and photographer. The most inspiring part of my job is bringing someone's vision to life and immersing the audience in that experience. Additionally, a significant aspect for me is serving and glorifying God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in every part of my being, including my work. In event production, my favorite aspect is the teamwork and witnessing everyone excel in their craft. At avad3, it's especially gratifying to see the team lift each other up. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from creating anything – whether it's crafting short stories, engaging in photography, painting, or exploring various other forms of expression. If I could have a superpower, despite my fear of heights, it would have to be flying.

Meet Brandon, a Production Hand at avad3! In my role, the most inspiring part is witnessing event attendees take in an event space we worked hard to create. My favorite aspect of event production is orchestrating the integration of various high-tech equipment to craft something visually stunning. Outside of work, what makes me happiest is indulging in strategy games or immersing myself in the world of science fiction. If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to talk to animals. It seems like it would be a lot of fun and potentially very useful.
