Hudson's remarkable military career, spanning over 25 years, included key leadership roles such as Brigade Command and pivotal command tours in USASOC and JSOC. His tenure in the military has endowed him with a deep understanding and expertise in areas like Special Operations, SOF Advanced Training, SOF Logistics, Intelligence Operations, Complex Communications, and IT Services across four continents. Transitioning from military to civilian life, Hudson demonstrated exceptional Business Capture skills for Fortune 200 companies, focusing on Special Operations, interagency initiatives, and organic industrial base sectors. In honor of Women’s History Month, we are highlighting some of the amazing women who contribute to the success of Athenix Solutions Group! Kicking off this series is Athenix Special Missions’ Program Manager and Assistant Facility Security Officer, Kristen S.! Kristen manages ASM’s contract executions, budgets, personnel, recruitment, and customer satisfaction, provides proposal input, ISO quality compliance, as well as assists our FSO with security-related tasks. As with most of ASM’s corporate staff, she is integral in supporting missions outside of her core responsibilities. Having grown up in a military family, Kristen elaborates on how her professional satisfaction is derived from serving our armed forces. “While this position provides that support indirectly, I know by providing solid positive support to our employees, they in turn will provide their customers with the support they need to the best of their ability. Additionally, with many of our employees being veterans, they are giving back to their successors with their wealth of historical knowledge”. For Kristen, Women’s History Month is about “Celebrating women and all that they’ve contributed over the years to help build and mold this country, and appreciating the opportunities created for so many by the women before us throughout history. Working in a predominantly male-dominated industry of SOF, I’m proud to be ASM’s program manager and work alongside so many bright and skilled individuals. There have been many successful women in ASM’s history who have paved the way for those in the present and future. I hope that I can continue to grow that legacy. The women and men of ASM and ASG are strong, dedicated, enthusiastic, and consummate professionals”. We are humbled to have incredible women such as Kristen choose to support our mission.
