For Meghan Fragomeni, Rotational Program Associate and University of North Carolina at Charlotte alumna, the Americas Rotational Development Program is an incredible journey of growth and exploration. Since joining the program in 2023, Meghan has successfully completed two customized rotations at Medeco in Salem, VA and Sargent Manufacturing in New Haven, CT, expanding her project management abilities.
