ArchiUS Design is a women-owned architecture firm based in Greater Seattle, with a primary focus on residential design. Whether it is an interior remodel, an addition or a custom new home, we’ve got solutions! Aesthetic, functional, affordable – these are the spaces we will custom-create for you. Taking on a construction project can be a daunting task for many. ArchiUS Design will help you navigate the design and construction process while keeping you engaged and informed throughout the project; always keeping a close eye on the budget and timeline. Our core values are integrity, transparent timely communication, and customer satisfaction through the lifetime of usage of the space. We’re excited to announce a new addition project in Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood. This craftsman home is about to get even more cozy with a thoughtfully designed 350 SF expansion. The new area will include an attached 1-car garage, a mud-laundry room combo, a family room with expansive slider to the patio, and a new bedroom/office and full bathroom.
