We target lower middle market companies typically generating less than $10mm in EBITDA and which operate in the business services, consumer / retail, healthcare and value-added distribution industries. We prefer investing in majority ownership and shared control transactions, but are also open to minority participation in select situations. We don’t operate with the constraints and strategy of a typical private equity fund. Rather, we partner with small group of companies so that we can dedicate significant energy and resources to each partnership. Our flexible investment holding periods allow us to customize our approach to each situation.
