It's truly a Day 1 like no other 🚀 as I step into the CEO/Medical Director role at the nation's first medical professional society and the largest psychiatrist member organization globally. Honored to be entrusted as the next leader to shepherd both the organization and the field at this important time. Words can't express how grateful I am to my predecessor Saul Levin for leaving the organization in such solid health and also for the wonderful transition support and advice. In partnership with the Board, Assembly, Components, DB's and State Associations and other external partners, I'm excited to build upon the great work of brilliant member colleagues and the talented APA staff.
