Melissa Druxman I am a Program Division Director within the GSA/FAS/AAS Organization directly supporting the Civilian Intelligence Community (IC). I have over 20 years of combined industry and government experience and oversee a portfolio with over $2B in Task Order awards. Through the ACT-IAC Program, I am learning from other Government and Industry partners to broaden my understanding of their challenges and how we can partner more effectively and efficiently to strategically solve problems to help meet mission priorities. This is a critical aspect of evolving as a thought leader. Another key takeaway from the program is learning how to remove barriers, improve efficiency and performance while enhancing delivery for our clients as another key component for growing as a leader. Johnesha Harrison, PgMP, CISSP I serve as the Vice President & General Manager of National Security & Critical Infrastructure at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), a leading global provider of digital services. For 15 years, I have served in varying leadership positions within the technology sector. My in-depth knowledge of government procurement, and ability to identify capability gaps and provide solutions has positioned me as a key resource and trusted advisor. I hold an MA and two BA’s from Bowie State University. I am also a PMP, PgMP, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library Expert, and ISC Certified Information System Security Professional and U.S. Army Veteran. The Partner’s Program is an exciting and incomparable leadership development opportunity.
