Your expertise in troubleshooting and researching issues will also be crucial as you support Functional SMEs by recommending solutions, coordinating user testing, and developing process training materials. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business, or computer science and at least one year of experience with Trax MRO or general MRO processes. A willingness to travel is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in the airline industry, knowledge of Trax eMRO and legacy systems, and familiarity with Jira.
