The #PVinMotion conference and exhibition was a great success with more than 110 experts attending the event to discuss the challenges and opportunities of Vehicle Integrated PV (VIPV) for cars, vans, buses, trucks, etc.   💡 Day 1 showed the great progress made in modelling the benefits of VIPV in various environments. Interestingly, VIPV can help reduce the need for grid infrastructure by up to 50%!   🚗 On day 2, multiple players demonstrated that the industry is ready to deploy VIPV for the masses. Among the invited speakers, Loic TOUS, AGC PV Roof Project Leader, introduced AGC’s panoramic solar roof readiness for mass production, combining the best PV and glass technologies to maximize end-user benefits. Importantly, AGC is also maximizing local production to better serve its customers, create jobs, and further improve sustainability.   💲 On day 3, the focus turned to bidirectional charging applications such as Vehicle-to-home (V2H) or Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) applications.
