Roy and his crew always exhibit the utmost professionalism and attention to safety on our Flight Line jobs - nice for Ahtna to follow up and show their appreciation ! Subject: Letter of Appreciation   Roy,   On behalf of Tim, Joe, and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to express our great satisfaction with your recent contribution to our project at Ebbing ANG Base, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. From the moment you and your crew arrived on site, we were impressed with Agate’s skill and execution. The deconstruction of the sunshade structures at Main Ramp row C and Bldg. 235 was methodical and extremely well organized. Agate’s attention to detail with the removal of every fastener and building component was apparent. From a safety standpoint, there was not one occasion when the fall protection (100% tie-off) policy was not maintained. When a safety question was brought up to you and your crew, it was received with respect and consideration, indicating that even seasoned professionals like yourselves are still teachable and willing to consider alternative means & methods – a trait I wish more people in construction embraced. Additionally, the tandem lifts that you and Eric executed with telehandlers were safe and seamless – both, while deconstructing the structures and when relocating the steel building components to the storage area designated by our client. I hope that you pass this message on to your managers/supervisors so that they can see/hear first hand the impression you and your crew are making for Agate Steel.
