    Palisades Tahoe, California's largest ski resort, is making skiing more accessible with Affirm’s payment options. 🗣️ In a Q&A with Palisades Tahoe’s Email & Customer Relationship Marketing Manager, we discussed how Affirm’s 0% APR offers have made a significant impact for their business. During a key winter period, there was a 200%+ overall increase in volume year-over-year for Affirm bookings, primarily driven by 0% APR bookings. The inclusion of 0% APR offers also boosted customer intent, raising the booking rate with Affirm from approximately 50% to over 80%. Building on this success, Palisades Tahoe will continue offering these options for the 2024-2025 ski season, making it easier for guests to plan and enjoy their trips. Eligible consumers can spread payments over time – with no interest or hidden fees – for ticket packs, lessons, lodging, rentals, and more, which helps pre-commit crucial revenue for the resort. ⛷️ It’s never too early to think about ski season! ❄️ Check out the full case study: https://bit.ly/4bWnYnG

    Although confidence in the U.S. economy is waning, consumers are finding new ways to feel in control of their finances, according to Affirm’s latest consumer survey. Our SVP of Product, Vishal Kapoor, spoke to CNBC's Jessica Dickler about the survey, which shows that 3 in 5 Americans think we’re currently in a recession. Against this backdrop, consumers are prioritizing flexibility and control when it comes to managing their finances. Other findings from the survey include: 🟢 Roughly 90% of Americans say having a predictable monthly budget is a priority.  🟢 More than half of Americans surveyed (54%) say they have used or would use options to pay over time.  🟢 Nearly 1 in 2 U.S. shoppers (48%) say the availability of 0% APR offers affects their purchasing decisions.  🟢 63% of Americans prefer seeing the total cost of a purchase upfront, including any interest charges. Recently, leaders of our Affirm Cares Advisory Committee got together in NYC to discuss the Affirm Cares mission and vision, improve organizational structure, and plan fiscal year goals. This experience was a unique opportunity to collaborate with passionate Affirmers, all committed to making a difference through our work at Affirm Cares.
