This is what I normally do: 1-List all my tasks 2-Set Clear realistic targets 3-Set priorities 4-Communicate with relevant stakeholders to align these priorities with them 5-Set a daily routine with "focus time" to work on these tasks 6-measure the progress daily, adjust, 7-measure the progress weekly and adjust

Having clear and realistic goals will help you prioritize, plan, and monitor your progress and quality.

With results one has always look outside. First revisit your priorities Discuss with manager/stakeholders key priorities Let them know of roadblocks and support required Once key priorities are established back yourself to complete them successfully.
