Erst einmal genau verstehen wo oder was das Problem ist. Wie passt das Problem mit unserem „go to market“ Plan zusammen? Ist das Problem von der Priorität ein echtes „Firmenproblem“ oder „nur“ ein Abteilungsproblem. Nachdem genau geklärt ist, was das Problem ist, schauen wir uns nun mögliche Lösungswege an. Communication is important but constant communication is key. You need to keep the communication channels open with your team and within your team. It is good to encourage them to speak their mind and encourage them when they do so to bring a solution. I was told that early in my career, if you see a problem, come to us with a solution. It worked, the team was large and spread across multiple locations. I feel this encourages more ownership in the process and less negative conversations and more thoughtful ones with your team.

There will always be some periods of the project which are challenging and difficult, this is normal! If you sense the team are struggling ask them if they are feeling one or more of the 3F's: -Frustration - is the work annoying or frustrating? -Fear - are you unsure about what you're doing? -Fatigue - are you feeling tired or burned out? If they have one or more of these symptoms then as a manager, you can do something about it and help them get back into the right mindset.
