To help achieve this, build a culture based on Adam Grant's concept of the challenge network - where trust is built and colleagues share feedback that helps push each other out of their comfort zones to open up new perspectives, challenge long held beliefs, point out blind spots and become curious about what they don’t know. It is built on a shared commitment to helping each other get better.
