Dans l'utilisation de cette machine, quels sont les logiciels qui sont interdits et l'employés connaît-il ces interdictions ? On n'a pas encore compris l'importance de la données dans nos entreprises.

S'assurer que l'utilisateur comprennent ce qui se joue, voilà l'un des rôles les plus difficiles à jouer. Les logiciels malveillants évoluent à un tel rythme que vous n'allez pas pouvoir suivre parce que ce n'est pas votre cœur de métier sûrement. Vos logiciels et mesures de protection ne seront pas toujours à la hauteur de l'attaque. Votre meilleure arme demeure donc la prévention et dans ce domaine votre meilleur allié, c'est l'utilisateur. Qui va cliquer sur le lien qu'il ne faut pas? Qui va installer le logiciel qu'il ne faut pas ? Qui va oublier de mettre un mot de passe ? Etc. C'est lui. Il faut qu'il sache comment éviter ces choses. S'il joue bien son rôle, vous avez gagné une partie de la bataille sinon le verre est dans le fruit !
