Out of the box processes are as simple as trying new ways run a conference-example, to register delegates and to ease the arrival process, experiment with new event software out such as ldelegate badge processing and consider eliminating lanyards. Hard copy onsite evaluations can enable you to obtain nuggets of excellent feedback not typically obtained verbally and avoiding troublesome post event online engagement that may not yield much feedback.

I’ve found in person or online feedback with a shared conference post event document that breaks down action items, such as what worked and what didn’t work is a great tool. Collaborative input for all stakeholders involved in the conference internship process and oversight roles builds teamwork for all involved and yields successful intern/employee experiences.
