So work and develop your personality by working on emotional intelligence. The other aspect that facilitates this convergence is setting the common goal. Senior leadership plays a pivotal role here and should be open enough to brainstorm and introduce the collaboration frameworks like North Star Metric Framework or OKRs. This gels the different functions together.
