My experience With burnout can only be defined in hindsight. There is a feeling of failure and shame that can come from lack of performance, especially when you’re used to being a high performer. Most of us burnt out when we take everything on ourselves and forget the team around us and the nature supporting our cause (this dependency helps a lot if your consciousness is clear on the work you are doing).
