Structure & Clarity: Clear roles, plans, and goals are established within & across the team. 4. Meaning: Work is personally important, fostering autonomy, purpose, and mastery. 5. Impact: Belief that one's work is meaningful, addressing complex problems and driving change. These elements collectively enhance team performance and healthy collaboration across diverse teams. Not to mention making the journey more enjoyable too!
