In a fully remote setting, it is always good to email WEEKLY WINS and EXPLICITLY seek for feedback in the email. Maintain a Brag Sheet with all the achievements you do in the workspace and send out a Self-evaluation report every MONTH sending to your immediate manager and skip-level manager.
