Don’t be afraid to scrap legacy solutions, sometimes even paying to get out of lengthy contracts will save money in the long run. Consult with your technologists or external technologists to ensure that your tech stack (from CRM to HR to payroll to AI etc etc) will allow you to stay relevant and competitive in your market/industry.
