What needs to change may take further clarity and if it does you should ask until fully understood. When asking for clarity it is critical it is done wanting to truly understand from a position of acceptance and wanting to learn or it may come off as defensive or even combative

When faced with negative feedback, approach the situation with professionalism and empathy. Listen attentively to the concerns raised, acknowledging and apologizing if necessary. Seek clarification to ensure a clear understanding of the issue and then calmly explain your perspective. Propose practical solutions to address the feedback and prevent similar issues in the future. If so, then for sure you need to reflect on this honestly and with your spouse or a mentor, agree on some actions to take to improve on your response that caused the negative feedback. One think I found helpful in this improvement was to get and read the latest newsletter's from your accounting firm. They all have monthly updates on the latest accounting pronouncements or latest tax updates, these are great sources to stay current in the profession.

Los comentarios negativos a un Departamento de Contabilidad tienen un riesgo alto ya que pueden ser por debilidades o mala percepción en procesos como: Cuentas por Cobrar, por Pagar, Conciliaciones Bancarias, Impuestos, Facturación , etc. Tomando esto en consideración deben analizarse estos comentarios buscar la causa raíz de los mismos y tomar acción para que no se repitan. Hay un tema que se repite y es que los Clientes Internos de Contabilidad buscan información y si vas a fin de mes te dicen que están en cierre; esto crea una mala imagen y retrasan otros procesos; esto se resuelve con el establecimiento de acuerdo de servicios y una mejor comunicación.
