Non Verbal Communication is so vital I have learned not only to listen to verbal the non verbal gives more details in any form of communication clearer to understanding whom is relaying a message their posture, gestures as well other signs in confidence as well if agree or disagree as well sometimes having comfortabliblty in one on one or group discussions.
