A huge second half from Clare saw them come back to defeat Kilkenny at Croke Park.
The Cats led by five points at halftime with four huge saves from Eibhear Quilligan and Aidan McCarthy’s scoring keeping their side in the contest.
Despite two goals from Eoin Cody and Billy Ryan, Clare scored 16 points in the final 35 minutes to seal their spot in this year’s final with big points coming from McCarthy, Shane O’Donnell, Mark Rodgers, Peter Duggan, David Reidy and Tony Kelly and a player of the match performance from David McInerney.
They will wait to find out their opponents in this year’s final as Limerick and Cork clash tomorrow.
