In this workshop, we will explore how to work in ways that enable people to do their best independent thinking, individually and in groups. This is based on Nancy Kline's work over many decades, as published in her books 'Time to Think' and 'More Time to Think'.

In particular, we will practise and discuss the ten components of a Thinking Environment and how they prompt and support excellent thinking.

Who is it for?

This workshop will be particularly relevant to leaders and managers who seek to develop their staff and gain their thinking about important issues, as well as people with a coaching or mentoring role who want to help people feel well about rich or complex problems.
