This half-day programme is designed to provide new tools and techniques for thriving on change at work and in our homes.

The programme will be delivered in a pragmatic and down-to-earth way and will include the following topic areas:

  • Emotional Intelligence: The Link Between Thinking-Emotions-Actions -Results (TEAR Model Exercise).
  • Internal 'Self Talk' (Helpful v Hindering).
  • Neurons & Pathways and how they are affected by change & transition.
  • 5 Key Stages of Change.
  • Helpful tools, e.g. The Change Train (Avoiding Disconnect change), the 3 I's Of Transition, and the 8 Steps of Organisational Change.
