How long will it take for me to get a response?

Alum profiles show their expected availability and responses should be expected within the days/times stipulated. Please be aware that alum may take longer than usual to reply during busier periods and repeated and persistent requests for information may result in students being barred from using the Ask an Alum programme.

We are continuously expanding our alumni database to ensure that students have access to a diverse range of professionals from various industries and backgrounds. If there is a sector or type of role not currently represented that you would like to see on the platform, please submit a request via our online form and we will ensure more alum from these backgrounds are encouraged to join the programme.

Can I change my answers to the matching questions once I have completed my profile?

Yes, you can modify your answers to the matching questions at any time to suggest new potential alumni matches and recommended profiles. Simply click the blue button that says ‘You are a member’ and choose the option ‘Edit membership questions’.
